Neural Networking is a Twin Cities-based AI meetup that takes place on a monthly basis. The purpose of Neural Networking is to create a thriving community for Twin Cities business leaders and AI professionals to learn, connect, and collaborate on the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and its impact on business.

To empower businesses and professionals in the Twin Cities to leverage the transformative power of artificial intelligence to grow and innovate.
User Account Information
Participants do not need to create user accounts to attend Neural Networking events. However, for event registration and communication purposes, attendees may need to provide basic information such as their name, email address, and professional background.
Acceptable Use Policy
To ensure a positive, productive, and respectful environment for all participants, we have established the following guidelines on acceptable and prohibited behavior for Neural Networking events and online platforms:
Acceptable Behavior

Prohibited Behavior

Harassment and Discrimination: Any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic is strictly prohibited.

Spam and Self-Promotion: Unsolicited promotion of products or services, including repetitive sales pitches, is not allowed.

Inappropriate Content: Sharing or discussing content that is obscene, offensive, or unrelated to the event’s focus on AI and business is not permitted.

Disruption of Events: Actions that disrupt or interfere with the event’s proceedings, including excessive noise, interruptions, or any other form of disturbance, are unacceptable.

Unauthorized Recording: Recording of sessions or participants without explicit permission is prohibited to protect privacy and intellectual property.
Consequences of Violations Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:

Warnings: Initial violations may result in a warning from the event organizers.

Removal from Events: Continued or severe violations may lead to removal from the event without refund.

Ban from Future Events: Persistent violations may result in a ban from attending future Neural Networking events.
Reporting Issues Participants are encouraged to report any unacceptable behavior to the event organizers. Reports will be handled confidentially and promptly to ensure the safety and integrity of the community.
By participating in Neural Networking events and using our online platforms, you agree to abide by these guidelines and contribute to a respectful and productive environment for all.
Payment and Subscription Details
Payment, if applicable, will be processed through third-party software. There are no refunds for event registrations.
Intellectual Property
Adaptive Constructs owns the rights to Neural Networking and its associated content. Unauthorized use of any content or materials is strictly prohibited.
Liability and Disclaimers
Neural Networking events are subject to change, including speaker availability. If an event is canceled due to speaker issues, we will notify all registered participants as soon as possible and work to find a replacement speaker.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the participants to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Continued participation in Neural Networking events or use of our online platforms following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in Hennepin County, Minneapolis, MN.
